Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Turmanator Trailer & Ironworks collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form — name and email address, plus your message.
  • Custom Order form — name, phone, email, and details about the trailer build you're asking about.
  • Montana Kayak Walleye Open registration — angler name, date of birth, phone, email, Montana fishing license number, residency status, kayak make/model, AIS pass number (if applicable), emergency contact, and a typed signature.
  • Liability waiver — competitor name, division, email, a typed signature and date, parent/guardian information if the competitor is under 18, and an emergency contact.

We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or any hidden data collection on this site.

How It's Used

Form submissions are delivered directly to Daniel Turman by email through Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, process your order, or administer the Montana Kayak Walleye Open (registration, waiver compliance, and emergency contact in case it's needed on race day). We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of what's needed to run this business and the tournament.

Prefer Not To Submit Online?

If you'd rather not enter your information — especially license numbers, date of birth, or other personal details — into a web form, that's completely understandable. Contact us directly and we'll get you a paper registration/waiver form or a plain email version instead. Reach out at daniel@turmanatortrailers.com or (406) 581-2159.

Minors

For any competitor under 18, we require a parent or legal guardian's name and signature on the liability waiver. We collect nothing further about minors beyond what's on that form.
