Ordering
How do I start an order?
Head to the Custom Order page and tell us what you're hauling, which model you're interested in, and any must-have features. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days to talk through the build.
Can I customize a trailer beyond the standard options?
Yes — every trailer is hand-built to order. Rack height, storage layout, wiring, and finish color are all configured around your specific gear, not pulled from a fixed catalog.
Do you sell trailers off the lot?
No. We don't keep pre-built inventory. Every trailer is fabricated after your order is placed, which is part of why we can customize so much of the build.
Build & Timeline
How long does a build take?
Build time varies by model and options — we'll give you a specific estimate once your order is locked in.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Small changes are usually possible before fabrication begins. Once frame work has started, changes may affect timeline and cost — we'll always let you know before making any adjustment.
Where are your trailers built?
Every trailer is hand-built in Helena, Montana — no assembly line, one trailer at a time.
Payment
What's your payment structure?
55% non-refundable deposit to secure your production slot, 30% due when the trailer is complete and heads to powder coat, and the final 15% due prior to delivery or pickup.
Can I pay over time?
Yes — financing options are available. See the Financing page for details, or reach out through Contact and we'll walk you through what's available.
Is the deposit refundable?
The initial 55% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot in the production schedule and covers material costs at the start of the build.
Delivery & Pickup
Can I pick up my trailer in Helena?
Yes — pickup at our Helena, MT location is available once your final payment is complete.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery options and costs vary by distance — ask about delivery when you place your custom order and we'll work out the details with you.
Care & Warranty
What comes with my trailer?
Every trailer ships with an owner's manual, bill of sale, and manufacturer's certificate of origin (MCO) so you're ready to title and register right away.
How is the frame finished?
Every frame gets a full exterior powder coat plus an internal frame coating for maximum corrosion resistance — built for Montana winters and years on the road.
What's the wiring built with?
All wiring runs use marine-grade wire with dedicated, independent grounding — built to keep your lighting reliable in cold and wet conditions.
Is there a warranty?
Every trailer comes with a 2-year structural warranty, covering the frame against defects in materials and workmanship.
